Main trends in modern modular construction

Two main areas for further development of modular housing remain relevant:

Mobile modules (trailers - wheel houses and so-called container architecture, which, if necessary, can also be relocated without sampling);

- The construction of fixed structures from the model modules-cappsul, each of which is fully prepared for the residence of a specific purpose: the living room, the office, the bedroom, the sauna, sanusel and others.

In the first case, due to the need for regular transport, emphasis is placed on improving the internal space, and the appearance is due to the requirements of aerodynamics, the width of roads, the properties of vehicles used for transport.

In the second, the architect's fantasy is almost unlimited. The modules gather both simple and technological subsidiaries (bits and times) and colosal shopping centres and sports palaces. On the one hand, the construction of multi-housing houses (modulular skyscrapers - for example, the Hamburg skyscraper project from the Weingarter Architects Architects Architects Architects Architects Architecture) and the construction of an elitecture modular cottage.

But in both cases, the construction of modular houses moves towards innovation, environmental sustainability, energy-saving technologies and alternative energy sources. In this skyscraper, about 70 per cent of all structures are made of a natural tree. And the use of photocalvanic panels is hardly the rule. However, the construction of high-rise construction, which ensures the rigidity of the construction, remains metallic and the capsules, along with wood, glass, panes, plastics, and traditional concrete.
