The house of the Pennsylvanian Liberation Tiny Homes Company has an effective distribution of space in such a small area. The Genesis model contains two lofts: a simple one with a big bed and a smaller one that can be used as a storage unit. The kitchen, the toilet and the living room are located on the first floor. There's a high ceiling room in the center of the house. There's a couch in the living room that can easily be transformed into an additional bedroom bed in case guests come.
What's interesting is, you can buy the whole house and only his carcass with the floor, walls and roofs.
