Car Home On Wheels In Roses
Photo from the website
This house on wheels built in Russia on a full-fledged MAN truck chassis is unique and not only because it exists in the only copy.
It must be one of the few cases where the truck is not intended for the carriage of goods, but only for recreation, hunting or tourism. Even in the PTS, there's a mark: a car special, not a truck.
The base of the house on wheels is the chassis MAN TGM 13.250 4x4 VB. As for the van, it's made in Russia. The TGM 4x4 family has two types: a total mass of 13 and 18 tons. It uses lighter vehicles, because the car will not carry the goods, but only carry the kung. Accordingly, the smaller the mass of the machine, the better the passability. As a result, the loaded mass of the truck was 10, 5 tons, and 13, 5.
The car's appearance is very original, because the cab and the van are painted in one colour, green. The front headlamps are protected by a metal grid and anti-subcise protection is provided on the side and rear. The Kung is equipped with outer front and rear position lamps. In accordance with the regulations, a retro-reflective strip is applied on the perimeter of the vehicle. The house on wheels has an impressive roadlight and accommodation in broad off-road tyres of 365/85R20.
The cab is planted over the road sufficiently high. An additional, third step is provided for the convenience of the entrance/outlet. The interior draws attention to the additional passenger chair installed on the motor tunnel. This is done at the request of the client, because the TGM model is presented in the standard set with only a double cab. Rewriting the cabin interior and the characteristics of MAN TGM probably doesn't make sense, because the car has long been familiar to many carriers, so it's more interesting to see the chassis 4x4.
